SMI can manufacture any Product with material grade of Copper, Aluminium, Aluminium Bronze, Phosphorus Bronze, Silicon Bronze, Gunmetal, and Brass. SMI is capable of benefiting customer with wide range of plating capabilities on the Parts. We currently do Tin Plating, Bright Copper Dip, Copper plating, Nickel plating, White Zinc plating, Steel Spring Treatment. We are also capable of doing Plating in Gold & Silver.

Parts before shipped are Checked & Inspected thoroughly as per customer Drawings & technical requirements & with every individual shipment a Quality reports are also sent which gives customer confidence on us and also a kind of Traceability if any rejected material is shipped. Every Raw Material received from Suppliers is inspected 100% against customer’s drawings and we maintained 2HR inspection policy for on-going Manufacturing processes which helps us maintain consistency with the Dimensions & avoid any Rejections.
